HGTV House Hunters in Calafia Condos – Rosarito AIRING
ROSARITO BEACH, BAJA CALIFORNIA.- On Thursday, June 19th 2014, HGTV’s House Hunters International aired the second of two episodes that featured Rosarito Beach.
Calafia Condos was the main focus of this episode as Humberto & Rose Estrada relied on the services of Baja Real Estate Group’s Broker Kathy Katz to help them find an oceanfront property in Rosarito Beach within a specific budget.
Kathy showed them 3 properties with different amenities and options and the Estrada’s were faced with the difficult decision of compromising price, amenities, and the very specific needs of the family. The Estrada’s are raising two daughters of their own, and each wants a room of their own.
In the end, Humberto and his wife Rose settled for an oceanfront villa in Calafia Condos.
Just as last time, the Baja Real Estate Group team, along with friends, family, and neighbors gathered at Mule 61 Restaurant to watch the airing of this episode.
It was a fun night with good food and wine, and just as the show ended the room erupted with applause, clearly an audience happy to see Rosarito in such a perspective.
