I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for working with my clients Hetal & Meenal on their potential purchase in Mexico.

I had a dream…
We selected Larry French to purchase our vacation home in Mexico. We highly recommend Larry for several reasons.
We have been contemplating such a purchase for several years and looked at properties with other brokers. The other brokers gave me the impression that they would not coordinate with other brokers and only showed their own listings. Larry represented us. He helped find what we were looking for. He recommended properties based on the value of the listing. Not based on who had the listing.
Larry knows the neighborhoods. How much sun, how much wind and how much noise can be huge issues as well as the character of the developments. We are so happy with the fact that we listened to Larry’s recommendations on those issues. We realized later we were shown other properties at the time of day that best suited the property. Not so much the buyer. If you want to be really happy with your decision to purchase you should use a realtor that represents your interests and knows all the not so obvious details about the properties you are looking at.
We bought 4 pieces of Real Estate last year and have a moderate understanding of the process in California. The process is quite different in Mexico and he kept us informed throughout the purchase process. Larry oversees the whole thing and partners with professionals that specialize in the closing process. He also does a great job helping you understand the nuances of the process in Mexico. He had to repeat himself a few times but we are grateful for his patience.
Lastly there is the issue of not living near the property you are purchasing. Who handles phones, computers, gas, furnishings, improvements, insurance…. Larry has a guy for each of those and many more. His service goes well beyond the sale.
I had a dream… Larry made it a reality. The money was in my investment portfolio for years. Now my investment portfolio has a 10 million dollar view. I feel like I won the Lotto. No remorse on this purchase. You know what I recommend you do. Now you know who to use to get it done.

Look Forward To Many Fun Times Together
Just want to say how thrilled we are to finally have our little villa on the Baja coast. We have been looking since 2009 for a place or our own, but have loved Mexico for years. We often vacationed in Mexico with our children in the early years and now we are going to retire here and enjoy the slower paced life Mexico has to offer. The beauty of the coast is endless and the people are so loving and helpful. We have met so many wonderful people that have made this journey ahead of us, and they have been so helpful with our pending relocation. You, Max and your team have also been very helpful and understanding during these past years informing us of the different lifestyles that can be found in your area. We now count you both as our good friends and look forward to many fun times together. Oh, Max, I owe you a wonderful curry dinner as soon as we get settled, can’t wait!
Anyone thinking of moving to Mexico either permanently or to have a weekend getaway I can testify to all, it is a wonderful place to unwind and chill out. Our children and grandchild, are also ready to come down and share our little hide-away.

We Found A Community Of Wonderful People
Wow, are we excited!! For 15 years Teresa and I have traveled south to Las Gaviottas for sun, relaxation, surf, golf, and wine tasting. Every time we pass through the gates and see the cobblestone roads, beautiful grounds, and the ocean waves beating against the rock outcroppings all of the pressures of work and life are washed away. There is no other place in Baja as peaceful, safe, and inviting; believe me, we have looked. And now, thanks to your help, we are proud owners of a two bedroom waterfront property in Las Gaviottas. It was amazing how open and welcoming all the other homeowners were when they discovered we were owners. Not only did we find a great vacation home, but we also found a community of wonderful people.

When traveling I often find myself looking at structure, walls, flooring, color selections, design and at how much effort the builders and developers put into their projects. Where did they excel and where did they maybe try to cut corners.

Baja Condo Difference
