A unique history and mystique:

Legend has it that Calafia was a warrior queen who ruled over a kingdom of Black women living on the mythical Island of California. Strong and brave, she was the most beautiful woman on earth.
Calafia Resort a sits right next to the historical Calafia Mission, one of the famed Catholic establishments from the 1700s, which is now home to a museum, hotel, restaurant and small shopping area. It is a required attraction for anyone interested in the area´s unique history and mystique.

    I’m interested in purchasing a vacation Condo which my wife and I, as well as our 2 friends. Our intention is to rent out throughout the year, yet reserve time 6-8 weeks for ourselves through the year.
    I’d like to get a well established property management company familiar with renting on a daily basis with the various AirBandB types of service.
    We’d like to get a schedule of typical rental prices and days throughout each month for the calendar year to see the viability of owning a 2-3 bedroom vacation rentals in Rosarito area.
