Lisa & Joe De La Fuente takes us on an Open House video tour of Villa #40, a 3 bedroom, 3-bath home located inside the gated community of Bajamar, famous for its ocean front 27-hole golf course, beautiful landscaped grounds, and amazing whale watching area located in northern Ensenada.

As you enter the home, there is a nice entry way with a decorative space.

The third guest bedroom is on the left. This bedroom is carpeted, plenty of closet space, and has it’s own en suite bathroom with marble vanity, the sink, beautiful tiled shower with stackable washer & dryer.

Going down the hall you will find the kitchen. This fully remodeled kitchen features a breakfast bar, new sink, new flooring, stainless-steel appliances, beautiful wood cabinetry, and lots of storage space.

The breakfast bar leads you to a formal dining room with gorgeous Saltillo tile, with an accented brick dome ceiling, with chandelier.

The sunken living area has new wood flooring, tall wood beamed ceilings, features a gorgeous fireplace, and access to a large outdoor terrace.

The right side of the home has a hallway with more decorative space.

On the right hand side of the hallway is the second guest bedroom. It has lots of room, sliding mirrored closet doors, it’s own bathroom, complete with vanity, sink, and tiled shower.

The master bedroom has just been remodeled with new carpet, paint, and has a separate dressing area with mirrored closet doors. The master bath features its own vanity space, and a shower & tub combination.

The master bedroom has access through sliding glass doors to enjoy the back terrace as well.

This terrace is a huge outdoor space for entertaining, has a built-in area for a barbecue grill. And don’t forget those panoramic ocean views!

Bajamar is the premier community here in Baja Norte. It’s got beautiful grounds, ocean views, 27-hole golf course, restaurant, bar, everything you would want in a community is right here on premise.
